The Natural Pocket 3000 is a superbly created hand-made mattress that boasts a combination of the finest natural fillings including cotton, wool, silk and cashmere. The mattress is expertly upholstered in a durable damask fabric cover and features a hand tufted finish that pre-tensions the mattress for a firmer feel. The foundation of the mattress is its spring interior, a two-tier pocket spring system (3000 in a king size) where a layer of mini pocket springs rest upon standard size pocket springs. Each spring is placed in its own individual cloth pocket so the load on one spring isnt affected by the one next to it ensuring no roll together. The pocket springs provide piston-like support to each part of the sleepers body, resulting in a spring system that directly supports at the point of contact.
