Supplied by Deluxe Beds, the Latex Pocket 2000 divan set combines a chic faux suede base, extra firm orthopaedic pocket springs and a layer of natural latex. Its mattress is skilfully tailored using an attractive and luxuriously soft to touch cover and for extra durability, it has a hand tufted finish. The benefit of hand tufting is it pre-tensions the whole of the mattress ensuring the fillings stay in place and results in a firmer sleeping surface. The process is achieved by passing a series of tapes through the mattress panels at regular intervals and secured on each side by a cotton tuft. The layer of natural latex adapts perfectly to the shape of your body and helps to align your spinal column, whether you lie on your side or your back. Latex taken from the sap of the Rubber tree and is hypoallergenic, extremely long lasting and will retain its comfort properties throughout its lifespan. Its interior boasts totally independent pocket springs, each housed in its own cloth sleeve so any pressure on one spring doesnt affect the one next to it. With their piston-like motion, the pocket springs directly support each part of the sleepers body at the point of contact. They are not affected by varying weight and body shapes, thus allowing the pocket spring mattress to contour perfectly to your body shape. Supporting the mattress is a modern faux suede divan base.
