Shire Double Faux Suede Reinforced Divan Base on Castors

Featuring a reinforced design, the Shire double bed base boasts a robust solid top framework for extra durability and is upholstered in a quality faux suede fabric cover. Built to withstand additional wear and tear, a reinforced base has extra wooden slats added to the frame as well as a double thick top board to provide a strong support. Its solid top, platform style provides a firm foundation for your mattress and offers a choice of 5", 8", 10" and 12" depths. The base rests upon standard castors. Headboard fixings can be located at both ends of the base; simply pierce the fabric at the end you wish to fit a headboard using the bolts supplied with the bed. If required, we also have a complete range of double mattresses and a wide selection of 4ft 6 headboards to complement the Shire base.
