Additional wooden straps are fitted to the framework of the reinforced divan base as well as a double thick top board, ensuring the base is extra strong and very sturdy. The base is upholstered in choice of faux suede covers and has a platform style, hard top. It offers the option of no drawers, two side storage drawers, castors or silver glide feet. There's a selection of floor standing headboards available to complement this contemporary divan base. Resting on the floor, their design is sturdier than a standard strutted headboard. It comes with headboard fixing on both ends, all you have to do is pierce the fabric at the end you wish to fit a headboard and screw in the bolts that come supplied.
