Manufactured in the UK by Deluxe Beds, The Margaux combines a chic faux suede divan base and a soft, yet supportive open coil mattress that boasts a generous 70mm layer of memory foam. The Margaux mattress has a soft to touch knitted stretch fabric cover and features a micro quilted pattern that sews the outer cover to the surface layers of hypo-allergenic fillings, reducing upholstery movement. Its deep layer of visco elastic memory foam is temperature sensitive and specifically designed to soften when it comes into contact with warm surfaces, such as your body heat. It moulds itself to your body shape, reduces pressure points by evenly distributing your body weight, resulting in better blood circulation and reduces tossing and turning. Memory foam mattresses create an ideal environment for allergy sufferers or asthmatics due to their high level of antimicrobial and dust-mite resistance. At the core of the mattress is a strong open coil interior that consists of hourglass shaped springs, set in rows running from head to toe and connected into one single unit by a spiral wire, known as a helical wire. To provide edge to edge support across its width, a thick rod-edge wire is attached around the perimeter of the spring unit. This prevents border breakdown and ensures the mattress retains its shape throughout its lifespan.
