With a width of 140cm and a length of 200cm the IKEA size Memory Flex divan set from Deluxe Beds is ideal for taller people as it is bigger than a standard double bed. Manufactured in the UK, the Memory Flex is made up of a sturdy open coil spring system, body-contouring memory foam and a soft to touch knitted stretch fabric cover. The knitted stretch fabric cover is secured to the fillings by a hand tufted process that passes nylon tapes through the mattress at regular intervals. These tapes are secured on each side of the mattress with a cotton tuft, ensuring the fillings stay in place and reduces any upholstery movement. Memory foam is temperature sensitive and is designed to soften when it comes into contact with warm surfaces and moulds itself to your body shape. It reduces pressure points on your body, creates better blood circulation and resulting in less tossing and turning by evenly distributing your body weight. Its open coil spring system is robust, durable and made up of rows of hourglass shaped springs connected at the top and bottom by a spiral wire, known as a helical wire. The border of the mattress is strengthened by a thick, rod-edge wire that adds support to the perimeter of the mattress. The Memory Flex mattress is designed to be one-sided and does not require to be flipped over, although it does need to be rotated from head to toe on a regular basis.
