The king size Cotton Pocket 3000 is supplied by Deluxe Beds and enjoys a mix of faux suede base, a two-tier pocket spring system, hypo-allergenic fillings and a luxury cotton cover. The divan set has a beefy 29cm deep mattress that features sumptuous layers of white fibre fillings and for additional durability; it has a hand tufted finish. The purpose of hand tufting is to pre-tension the mattress layers and spring unit and ensures all layers of fillings are held in place securely. The process is achieved by passing a series of tapes through the mattress at regular intervals and securing them on each side with cotton tufts. The mattress interior is made up of a two-tier pocket spring system thats made up of a layer of mini-pocket springs resting on top of a standard layer of pocket springs. The springs are totally independent with each one housed in its own cloth sleeve, ensuring the load on one spring isnt affected by the one next to it. They provide piston-like support to each part of the sleepers body, resulting in a spring system that directly supports at the point of contact. The spring system is not affected by varying weights and body shapes allowing the pocket spring interior to contour perfectly to your body shape. Completing the set is a platform style, solid top divan base that is specifically designed to give the mattress a slightly firmer feel. It is expertly tailored in soft and durable faux suede and is offered in four modern colours, natural, black, sand and cappuccino.
