From Deluxe Beds, the Cotton Pocket 3000 divan set unites a smart faux suede base, a two-tier pocket spring system, hypo-allergenic fillings and a luxury cotton cover. Its a deeply filled mattress at 29cm and features several layers of white fibre fillings and its cotton cover has a hand tufted finish for extra strength. The hand tufting process is a series of tapes inserted through the mattress at regular intervals and secured on each side with a cotton tuft. The result is, it pre-tensions the mattress and secures the layers of fillings stay in place, reducing the chance of upholstery movement that can cause a mattresses to go lumpy. The foundation of the mattress is its interior, a two-tier pocket spring system made up of a layer of mini-pocket springs resting on top of a standard layer of pocket springs. The springs are totally independent with each one housed in its own cloth sleeve, ensuring the load on one spring isnt affected by the one next to it. The springs provide piston-like support to each part of the sleepers body, resulting in a spring system that directly supports at the point of contact. The spring system is not affected by varying weights and body shapes allowing the pocket spring interior to contour perfectly to your body shape. Supporting the mattress is a solid top faux suede divan base that is designed to give your mattress a slightly firmer feel. It is offered with a range of storage options and base colours, natural, black, sand or cappuccino. You can also opt to have your divan base on standard castors or upgrade to chic silver glides.
