Deluxe Beds created the Luxury Memory Pocket 3000 single mattress by combining medium pocket springs with a layer of body moulding memory foam. The mattress is 31cm deep and boasts generous layers of hypo-allergenic fillings, a soft touch cover and a hand tufted finish for extra durability. The advantage of hand tufting is it pre-tensions the mattress by inserting tapes through it at regular intervals and securing them on each side. The result is it ensures the fillings are held securely in place and significantly reduces the possibility of upholstery movement that can cause mattresses to go lumpy. Within the mattress fillings is a 25mm layer of visco elastic memory foam that is designed to be temperature sensitive and soften when it comes into contact with body heat. The memory foam moulds itself to your body profile; eliminating pressure points and creating better blood circulation, resulting in a more relaxing and comfortable sleep. The mattress interior features a two-tier pocket spring system (3000 in a king size) where a mini layer of pocket springs rest upon standard size pocket springs. Each of the springs are located in its own cloth sleeve so the load on one spring isnt affected by the one next to it ensuring no roll together. With their piston-like motion, the pocket springs directly support each part of the sleepers body at the point of contact. They are not affected by varying weight and body shapes, thus allowing the pocket spring mattress to contour perfectly to your body shape.
