The Latex Pocket 3000 mattress is extremely supportive and comfortable thanks to its two-tier pocket spring system and a layer of natural latex. The mattress is substantially filled at 31cm deep and is upholstered in a soft touch fabric thats hand tufted for extra durability. The hand tufting process involves tapes being passed through the mattress at regular intervals and secured on each side with a cotton tuft. This process pre-tensions the mattress and ensures that the generous layers of fillings are secured and stay in place. Latex is a natural product, taken from the sap of the Rubber Tree and is hypoallergenic, extremely long lasting and will retain its comfort properties throughout its lifespan. The layer of natural latex adapts perfectly to the shape of your body and helps to align your spinal column, whether you lie on your side or your back. The mattress has a two-tier 3000 pocket spring interior where a layer of mini pocket springs rest upon standard size pocket springs. Each spring is placed in its own individual cloth pocket so the load on one spring isnt affected by the one next to it ensuring no roll together. With their piston-like motion, the pocket springs directly support each part of the sleepers body at the point of contact. They are not affected by varying weight and body shapes, thus allowing the pocket spring mattress to contour perfectly to your body shape.
