The Solar double size base on legs is manufactured by Highgrove Beds and combines its hard top, platform style divan with a durable and chic natural faux suede fabric. Its platform top divan provides a supportive and solid foundation for your current or new double mattress and benefits from a padded, non-slip top cover. The Solar divan base has the option of 15cm (6") or 20cm (8") depths and can be paired with standard 18cm (7") twin-wheeled plastic legs, traditional 20cm (8") wooden legs or contemporary 11.5cm (4.5") chrome legs. You can decide what height of base suits your needs and select the preferred leg type and size from the options bar before adding to the basket. There's the option to upgrade to a reinforced divan, where additional wooden straps are fitted to the framework as well as a double thick top board. This results in a stronger and more durable divan base. For ease of delivery, the Solar base is delivered in two halves that are connected using the linking bars located at the side and comes with two bolts to secure a double headboard, if required.
