The Cashmere 2000 single mattress offers the optimum support and comfort with its combination of body-responsive pocket springs and its generous layers of natural fillings. The mattress is fully upholstered in a soft damask cover with a traditional hand tufted finish that results in a firmer feel and minimises the risk of upholstery movement. Due to the common problem of overheating in bed, natural fillings such as wool, cotton, silk and cashmere are used as they boast excellent breathability properties. Sandwiched between these fillings is an interior made up of totally independent pocket springs, designed to offer piston-like support to each part of the sleepers body. Each pocket spring is housed in its own cloth sleeve and are not affected by varying weights and body shapes. This allows them to contour perfectly to your body shape. An edge guard support system surrounds the perimeter rows of springs. This adds extra strength to the finished unit and allows you the full use of the mattress width.
