The Cashmere 2000 is upholstered in a woven damask cover and boasts an impressive pocket spring system, sumptuous layers of natural fillings and rests upon a luxury Lunar base. Traditional hand tufting ensures the layers of fillings are held firmly in place. Hand tufting gives the mattress a firmer feel and greatly reduces the risk of upholstery movement. Its natural wool, cotton, silk and cashmere fillings boast excellent breathability properties and create an ideal environment for those who suffer from overheating in bed. Sandwiched between these fillings is an interior made up of totally independent pocket springs, designed to offer piston-like support to each part of the sleepers body. Each pocket spring is housed in its own cloth sleeve and are not affected by varying weights and body shapes. This allows them to contour perfectly to your body shape. To allow you the full use of the mattress width and further strengthen the finished unit, an edge guard support system is fitted around the perimeter rows of springs. Its Lunar base offers a choice of a solid top, a reinforced frame or a sprung edge design.
