The Rainbow mattress is upholstered in a durable cotton cover that offers a choice of 5 colourways and consists of a firm support open coil spring system. Its open coil interior consists of rows of hour-glass shaped springs, connected into one single unit at the top and bottom by spiral wires, known as a helical wires. Additional strength is added to its border by attaching a thick rod-edge wire to the perimeter of the spring system. This prevents border breakdown on edges that are sat on regularly. This additional edge support allows you the use of the full width and lets you sleep comfortably right up to the edge without the sensation of rolling off.
