Upholstered in a damask fabric, the mattress displays a high loft micro quilted finish; a process that secures the outer cover to the surface layers, ensuring they are held firmly in place. Its generous fillings are hypo-allergenic and have a high level of antimicrobial and dust mite resistance, resulting in an ideal sleeping environment for allergy sufferers or asthmatics. Its foundation is its twin-tiered interior thats made up of two layers of robust open coil springs that consist of rows of hourglass shaped springs that are connected at the top and bottom by a spiral wire, known as a helical wire. To provide edge to edge support across its width, a thick rod-edge wire is attached around the perimeter of the spring unit.
