The Rennes single mattress from Deluxe Beds Classic Collection combines pocket springs with a luxury damask hand tufted finish. Hand tufting is a process of tapes that are passed through the mattress at regular intervals and secured on each side with a cotton tuft. This secures the generous layers of white fibre fillings and pre-tensions the mattress. This results in a firmer feel and ensures the fillings stay in place. The interior of the mattress features totally independent pocket springs, each in its own fabric pocket so the load on one spring isnt affected by the one next to it. The springs provide piston-like support to each part of the sleepers body, resulting in a spring system that directly supports at the point of contact.
