Sourced only from sustainable forests, the Windsor frame is crafted from the finest American white oaks that are treated with a rich honey lacquer that enhances the natural charm and texture of the oak. Although Oak is a durable hardwood, it possesses superior bending qualities, finishes well and resists moisture retention. These properties make it extremely popular with furniture makers. To work in harmony with your body movement, posture sprung slats sit within the bed frame. These slats are curved and flexible, providing pressure sensitive support and good spinal alignment. The bed frame features clean and smooth corner bed posts as all fixtures and fittings are concealed on the inside, with no unsightly bolt heads spoiling the bed ends.
