It has the ability to absorb, store and release body heat. It quickly responds to changes in temperature by absorbing heat when it becomes too warm, storing it, and then releasing it back when you need it. What are the benefits of memory foam? Memory foam is specifically designed to contour to your body shape and weight providing comfort, complete body support and pressure relief. It moulds itself to the sleepers body shape, reducing pressure points, improving blood circulation and resulting in less tossing and turning in the night. Why are pocket springs better? Pocket springs are totally independent; each one is enclosed within its own cloth sleeve ensuring the load on one spring does not affect the one next to it.
