The 4ft Silentnight Prestige Cushion Top mattress features their Miracoil spring system, is upholstered in a soft knitted stretch fabric and offers a firm support. Its soft to touch cover features a micro quilted top panel with generous layers of hypoallergenic and dust mite resistant fillings below for a healthier nights sleep. The fillings also include EcoComfort Fibre, a scientifically proven fibre that dramatically reduces heat build up and also provides pressure relieving comfort. The patented Silentnight Miracoil spring system has springs that are connected from head to toe distributing weight up and down the mattress instead of across it. This creates individual sleep zones giving each person an undisturbed sleep. Edge to edge support gives you a wider sleeping surface you can sleep comfortably right up to the very edge of the mattress without the sensation of rolling off. Also extra springs are concentrated in the centre third of the mattress to create a supportive Posture Zone just where the body needs it most. In fact there is more than double the number of springs in a Silentnight mattress than in a standard open coil spring unit.
