The small double Somerset is made up of a platform top base and an open coil mattress that's upholstered in a quality damask cover with a deep quilted finish. Its interior is made up of rows of strong open coil springs, set into one single unit with helical wires that are attached to the top and bottom of each row. To add strength to the unit, a thick rod-edge wire is attached to the perimeter of the spring system to prevent border breakdown and ensure it retains its shape throughout its life. Generous layers of white fibre fillings encase the springs to provide additional comfort whilst you sleep. Dual-sided, we recommend that you rotate the mattress from head to toe and flip it over on a regular basis for long-lasting comfort. Its solid top base offers a firm foundation for the mattress and comes with a variety of drawer options, should you require storage. There is also a choice of castors or silver glide feet.
