Its foundation is made up of rows of open coil springs that run from head to toe and set into one single unit by spiral wires attached to the top and bottom of each row. The divan offers a choice of a platform style, a reinforced base for extra weight or a sprung base for a softer support. There's the option of storage drawers and a choice of castors or silver glides. There's 14 base colours to choose from; 4 faux suede fabrics or you can upgrade to a Victoria base that comes with a range of contemporary weave fabrics. There is a choice of 3 floor standing headboards to compliment the divan base. By resting on the floor, it's sturdier than a standard strutted headboard and won't rock back and forth.
