It is designed to be one-sided and does not need to be flipped over, but we do recommend that you rotate the mattress from head to regularly to even out the wear and tear. For ease of delivery, the Ecoflex mattress is delivered to you, vacuum packed in a roll. When fully unpacked they fill out to their full and permanent size providing a supportive sleeping surface for many years to come.
