The Cassandra electric adjustable bed features a luxury cashmere wool cover and a generous 70mm layer of hypoallergenic latex. Cashmere is an exclusive type of wool which insulates from bitter cold in winter and extreme heat in summer - because of the tiny air spaces trapped between the individual fibres. This natural insulation improves the breathability and moisture management of the textile. Latex is naturally hypoallergenic and does not provide a habitat suitable for sustaining the life circle of the dust mite or bed bug. Latex is often preferred over memory foam due to it being cooler and more responsive. You are able to turn in bed more easily with latex. Latex contours to your body and relieves pressure on your shoulders and hips. This means you get cushioned support all through the night making sure you are full of energy for the day ahead. The 5 way hinged mechanisms can change position within seconds at the push of a button. The head end can be raised to a sitting position and can assist you getting in and out of bed.
