Its hand tufting is achieved by passing a series of tapes through the mattress at regular intervals and securing them on both sides with woollen bouffette tufts to ensure the fillings are held in place. Its generous layers of fillings are hypo-allergenic and have a high level of antimicrobial and dust mite resistance, resulting in an ideal sleeping environment for allergy sufferers or asthmatics. The core of the mattress is its pocket spring interior; a superior system made up of totally independent springs that are smaller in diameter, compared to a standard 3" open coil spring system.
